Wine Scout is founded by Indra Kumar, Champion of the 2009 Singapore National Sommelier Competition. He was a quarter-finalist at the 2010 World's Best Sommelier competition in Chile and a semi-finalist at the Asia-Oceania Best Sommelier competition in Japan.
Indra is a Certified Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers, UK), holds WSET Level 3 (Advanced Certificate from Wine & Spirits Education Trust, UK) and is a Certified Specialist of Wine (Society of Wine Educators, USA).
As an ACLP 2 certified trainer, he is also equipped in teaching wine courses and guided masterclasses for wine lovers.
Having travelled and met producers across France, Italy, Spain, Germany, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina, and that time spent in cellars and vineyards helps Indra to recommend and share insightful information to his customers.
