Chateau Lynch Bages is one of the ICONS of Bordeaux left Bank, from the village of Pauillac.
It is part of the historic Bordeaux 1855 Classification in the 5th Growth, but today Chateau Lynch Bages is regarded among the elite Bordeaux wines rivalling even the 2nd Growth wines.
A true Left Bank icon, Lynch-Bages combines power with precision. Expect ripe blackcurrant and cassis at the core, framed by tobacco, cedar, and a mineral streak of graphite. In the great vintages, it's built for the long haul—evolving beautifully over decades in the cellar.
Aged for about 15 months in oak barrels.
