Today, former French Navy captain Rémi Poisot applies rigorous, methodical discipline to cultivate this pristine terroir.
Sharing the same clay-dominant, iron-rich topsoils over hard limestone bedrock that defines the world's finest Vosne-Romanée wines, this 100% Pinot Noir showcases an explosive, perfume-driven profile.
It opens with luxurious notes of ripe black cherries, dark raspberries, and violet petals, beautifully framed by exotic Asian baking spices and damp earth.
