Doquet family has been making wines since early 1930s when Pascal Doquet’s grandfather began making wine.
With the twists and turns of history and family inheritance, it was in 2004 that Pascal Doquet struck out on his own founding the eponymous label for which he is known today.
He is also the Vice-President of the Association des Champagnes Biologiques (Association of Organic Champagnes).
This is a GROWER Champagne of high quality.
This champagne is from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger which is renowned for producing some of the finest Chardonnay-based Champagnes, thanks to its chalky soils and cool climate, which contribute to the wines' minerality, tension, and longevity.
