This is a unique special wine from the Bodegas Rippa Dorii, which is owned by the famous Ontanon Family.

What is unique about Salomon is that it is made from a Single Vineyard, where the vines are aged above 40 years, thereby providing great complexities.

This vineyard reserved for making Salomon is identified for its capabilities to ripen the grape thoroughly slowly through the ripening season, allowing for maximum flavor development, which you can taste as you sip the wine.

It is aged in the oak barrels for 11 months, just to allow it to only gain a touch of oak flavors, while making the wine get smoothen due to the micro-oxygenation that the barrel allows for.
