Aged for Forty-two months on lees, more than the legal requirements of minimum 36 months.
Made for appreciating luxurious flavors and complexities.
Made from Premier Cru vineyards.
The wines before they become bubbles are aged in barrels first to get complexity.
Then after they become bubbles (Champagne), they are aged on the lees for about 40 months, to get further complexities
This is one of the best GROWER Champagne houses, and has been around since 1890.
