This is a wine from a single vineyard called Los Curas, which is located in a privileged space, on a very gentle hill close to Rueda, at about 750 meters high above sea level.
Los Curas translated to English means 'The Priests', and this name is given to a vineyard which produces delicous Verdejo grapes, resulting in a top class wine.
The wine is meticulously made by making part of the wine fermentation on its finest lees in stainless steel tanks, and another part in French oak barrels, in both cases for six months.
The final blend of Los Curas from the mixture of both wines, with 80 percent of the fermentation from the tank and 20 percent from the barrel.
