The founder of the winery, Bob Betz, is a Master of Wine, so you can imagine that he would be very serious and highly knowledgeable winemaker.
The winery is built on a hillside and has underground barrel storage.
They decided to focus on Cabernet Sauvignon because the grapes grow so well in their region.
The Pere de Famille wine produced strikes a balance between old-world wines and those coming out of Napa Valley in California.
