Dry Red Wine No.1 is one Australia's legendary wine.
Made like a left bank Bordeaux style such as those made in Margaux or Pauillac.
The Cabernet fruit is crushed to build structure through fermentation. Merlot, Malbec and Petit verdot are whole berry ferments for fragrance and palate flesh.
Aged 15 months in French barrels.
