This is a family owned Grower Champagne.
Founded by Ludovic Dehours in 1930s, who was one of the first independent winemakers in the Marne Valley, producing Champagne from his own vineyards.
This champagne is Extra Brut in style, which means more drier in style than Brut, and this is usually done by winemakers who are very confident of their grape harvests for being high quality.
Crafted exclusively from Pinot Meunier 100%, a unique style because majority of Champagne are blend of three grapes at least.
