This is a single Premier Cru vineyard named Les Sorbets in Morey-Saint-Denis village.

Pinot Noir from Morey-Saint-Denis, especially the premier cru happen to be Mascuiline, more Masculine than Chambolle-Musigny, but softer than Gevrey-Chambertin, so an in between.
This wine has been aged 14 to 18 months in French oak barrels.
