One of the most famous DOC wines from Puglia, Salice Salentino.
Puglia has two great red wine grapes, Primitivo and Negroamaro.
Feudi Salentini More Negromaro del Salento is made mainly from the quintessential Salento grape variety: Negroamaro.
Aged in large French vessels, it is ruby red. Aromas of ripe red fruits, spice and with a good tannin, it is balanced and elegant.
Ideal with beef, lamb and kebabs.
