Bertani is a special Amarone winery.

The Amarone are aged in oak barrels for an average of 8 years. Very rare in Italy.

These extra long aging in the oak barrels end up making the wine well matured, complex, and have a unique taste profile that is hardly found in other Amarone.

  • 2012 vintage - is known for being a warm vintage, which also helps in having riper fruit flavors.
  • 2011 vintage - is known for being a wine for great aging potential, and for being rich on the palate rich and with a fresh finish.
  • 2010 vintage - is one of the finest vintage for Amarone for the decade. It is a cool year, and thereby creates a wine that has great aging potential.
  • 2007 vintage - was one the excellent vintage for Amarone that provided perfect ripening for the grape berries, providing for great fruit complexity.
