Domaine Bessin-Tremblay, established in the heart of Chablis, is a family-run estate renowned for crafting exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.

The "La Fourchaume" vineyard, a prestigious Premier Cru site, is celebrated for its south-facing slopes and Kimmeridgian limestone soils, which impart a distinct mineral character to the wines.

Expect bouquet of white flowers, citrus zest, and ripe orchard fruits, complemented by subtle notes of flint and sea breeze. On the palate, it offers a harmonious balance of vibrant acidity and a creamy texture, with flavors of green apple, lemon curd, and a touch of hazelnut. The long, mineral-driven finish showcases the purity and precision characteristic of this Premier Cru vineyard.
