On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied with refined tannins, showcasing layers of dark fruit, savory spices, and a hint of minerality. The finish is long and precise, leaving a lingering impression of freshness and structure.

Pair with slow-braised lamb shanks, duck confit, or herb-crusted beef tenderloin. The wine’s earthy complexity also complements mushroom-based dishes, truffle risotto, or aged hard cheeses like Parmesan or Manchego.

2008 is an excellent vintage for Bordeaux wines.
